Built for the hard part of robotics: the last mile on site

The gap between a robot in a showroom and a robot at work is a field engineer. RoboHub Pro is that engineer’s toolkit.

Every visit runs on a playbook

Guided sessions, not guesswork

A playbook is the procedure for a robot and a site: what to check, in what order, with which parameters for this venue. When a session opens, the engine hands out action items one at a time. Steps that touch the machine are dispatched to the robot, and the robot reports the result back, authenticated by its own serial number.

The chat assistant keeps the session moving, but it only classifies what you report (done, failed, skipped). It never invents a step or a command. That is what makes a session safe to repeat across a fleet.
  • Ordered steps with venue-specific parameters
  • Device commands allow-listed from the playbook
  • Results reported back by the robot, tied to its serial
  • A complete, timestamped session record

What a RoboHub Pro engineer carries

Proof, process and reach — the three things buyers ask an integrator for.

Verifiable credentials

Qualification tracks end in certifications with a public verification link. A client can confirm who is on site, and for what, before the van arrives.

Guided remote sessions

Open a session against a client site and work the playbook live: action items, robot results and notes land in one record the client can review.

Dispatch to client sites

Operators dispatch engineers to client venues. Each engineer’s access follows the assignment, so a deployed FDE sees the sites they are on and nothing else.

How it works

From profile to first certified session.

1 · Build your profile

Skills, service area and the robot lines you work on. Your profile is yours, tied to your account.

2 · Certify

Work through a qualification track. Each certification gets its own public verification link.

3 · Deploy

Take assignments, run playbook sessions on site, and hand clients a record instead of a promise.

Questions engineers ask

Join the RoboHub Pro pilot

Engineers: tell us your skills, service area and robot lines. Operators and robot brands: tell us about your fleet and the sites you need covered.

The robots are shipping. The engineers decide where they work.

RoboHub Pro gives forward-deployed engineers the playbooks and the proof.
